Hi Everyone , Welcome to the New & Refreshed FiddleSticks Blog our names if you don’t already know are Barbie & Jimmie after a year of ill health and Family issues I am back on deck and raring to go I will often pop in to give you updates on newly arrived stock and ideas, as well of course news of our gorgeous grandchildren, Jimmie got bored being semi retired so he has employment outside of the business, oh!!!! the peace after 38 years of working and yes arguing together 24/7 it is heaven to have something to talk about when my hubby comes home, I unfortunately can’t work like I used to because of my health problems, so I get to talk to you lovely people, I also hope the lovely Robbie will still be giving me a hand as I am hopeless at uploading Pictures and technical stuff and Robbie is a wizz at it.

We closed our shop in Niddrie over 2 years ago I must say I don’t miss working 7 days a week 18 hours a day, We have also closed our website due to poor sales so will be advertising fantastically cheap specials right here on our Blog.

We now have some time to spend with our gorgeous grandchildren, Tashie 12, the light of my life!!! Bailey 9, Cody 4 & Kiarna 2 they are my world I adore being a nanna there is nothing in the world to compare to it and my babies are a delight, I will probably rabbit on about them so be prepared.

We hope you enjoy our new and refreshed Blog please we would love to hear from you as we are huge gasbags as many of you who know us will attest to, so feel free to give us some feedback good or bad, not too bad I hope.

Well Surprise !! Surprise!!!

After almost a year of not going near my blog, I am ready to start with a new & fresh attitude, I have had a year of bad health and family issues so of course my blog got pushed aside, we have closed our website due to very poor sales so have decided to offer some specials on our blog, we will be selling assorted packs of Bazzills 12 x 12 Cardstock you will be able to buy assorted blues, assorted greens, browns, yellows, you will also be able to order mixed packs of assorted colours —–packs of 50 will be $23.50 plus post & handling Packs of 25 will be $12.50

Kit – Christmas Cards

In this kit we are creating 3 beautiful Christmas cards using our fabulous Hologram Mesh. Fiddlesticks Papercrafts mesh is much larger than most mesh available, thus enabling us to create some stunning cards.

Christmas Hologram Mesh Card Kit

The first of the 3 cards is a beautiful Christmas Tree card using Hologram Mesh threaded with ribbon and embellished with stickers from our fabulous range.

The second Card is also a Christmas Tree card totally different from card No. 1 using gold cord and Hologram Mesh.

The final card is another great card using Hologram Mesh yet again totally different from cards 1 & 2

The Kit comes with full instructions and a diagram of how to thread the ribbon to make a stunning pattern, plus a surprise card for you to make on your own without our help.

Cost of Kits will now be $18.50 Including Postage.

Payment can be made by Credit Card or Direct Deposit or Kits can be pre ordered for collection at the Mildura & Broken Hill Craft Alive Shows.

Tutorials

We are pleased to announce that we have posted our very first card making tutorial and these will continue on a monthly basis.

These tutorials are created with the beginner cardmaker in mind, but I’m sure there will be something for even the most advanced of cardmakers.

With each tutorial we will offer for sale a full kit of materials required to complete each project. Bear in mind that colours of the kits may vary from those shown in the tutorial pictures.

These will be offered for purchase through our website.

Our first project for the month of August is the Handbag Card.
